I have been extremely pleased with Stephen (the Metal Man). I found his number online and was hesitant to call because I didn't know him and had never heard of him. However, his "guarantee" of the best prices AND his EXTREMELY FAST response to my original email made me give it a try. I was expecting about half of what he offered me for my "little bits" of gold. I bragged to everyone that day about him. Although I am pleased with the amount he offers, I am also very pleased with his professionalism and his friendliness... He even took the time to check the items I wasn't sure were "real" and discovered that an earring I thought was silver was actually white 14k gold. How honest! I met the Metal Man in 2008 as gold is at a premium currently. Initially, I had a referral to another resource, however, a friend of mine located Metal Man on the internet.
